HostGator Affiliate Web Hosting

I've personally been a huge proponent of HostGator for a number of years, 5 year to be exact. Some people on the Internet seem to think all web hosts are created equal.... - but they aren't. Let me tell you first-hand my HostGator web hosting experience.

Rob's Personal Experiences with HostGator Web Hosting:

• Easy sign-up, documentation is great, lots of information in the introductory email - so beginner affiliate marketers can sleep soundly knowing that they are in good hands
  
• Control Panel (CPanel) is clean, easy to use - thank god! I've seen some wacky ones in my time. Lots of features (I'll get to those next). Great stats for seeing how your affiliate web hosting account is performing.
  
• Features, features, and more features. I am very impressed with the amount of tools they offer. Forums, chatrooms galore - lots to choose from. And better yet, 'patched' - keeping 3rd party applications secure and up to date to prevent hackers. Hostgator is quite good at keeping up to date.
  
• Technical Support is essential in our line of work. Nothing worse than your site being down or getting some odd script error and you can't get a hold of someone at tech support. HostGator has a live chat with operators so it is easy to find help. You may have to wait, expect the operators to be busy - but friendly.
  
• Administrative Features are decent. Lots of control over your accounts (if you're reseller or managing multiple affiliate web sites). You can easily trim your account settings to squeeze as many domains as you can into your account.

IMHO (in my honest opinion), HostGator is a great affiliate web host. They offer a great product and service, at a fair market price and I recommend you check them out for yourself - don't just take my word for it :)
